21-year-old singer-songwriter Nell Mescal is making waves in the <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/pop-culture/billie-eilish-calls-for-better-sustainability-practices-in-the-music-industry" target="_blank" rel="noopener">music industry</a> as one to watch.
