Following the "amateur photographer" debacle earlier this year, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/pop-culture/meghan-and-prince-harry-react-kate-middleton-cancer-diagnoses" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Kate Middleton</a> has tried her hand at portrait photography again, this time, in celebration of Princess Charlotte's ninth birthday.&nbsp;
