Dense foliage, a revolving cage, a gilded tree reminiscent of Adam and Eve, and a black velvet star cloth lit to resemble “staring into infinity" helped build the physical world for the performance in a pre-LED screen area. &nbsp;
Stufish and Spears reunited a decade later for the 2011 Femme Fatale Tour, extending what began as a one-night VMA production into a longer creative relationship.
