<p>After an action-packed four-day spectacle, the Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2026 Week has officially come to a close. From Haute Couture Members like Dior and Chanel presenting sophomore collections to Pierpaolo Piccioli and Duran Lantink showcasing their debut shows for their respective houses, the blazing heat wasn't the only thing that brought warmth to the Parisian runways.</p>
<p>In terms of preparing for a presentation, there are multiple parts to ensuring a collection's message is conveyed. Models, clothes, sets, walks, music, and venues are just some of the details important to a show. However, one key element stood out this Haute Couture season: Beauty.</p>
<p>From daring hair choices and glamorous nails to laid-back eyebrows and classic contouring, the 30 brands that participated in this season's display of well-crafted looks. <p>For Maria Grazia Chiuri's debut Haute Couture collection under Fendi, she tapped legendary makeup artist Pat McGrath to execute the show's makeup. To amplify the show's minimalistic yet homage-paying looks, the British talent focused on embracing classic beauty through pink lips, clean eyebrows, and smooth skin. However, as models turned the corner inside the Galleria Nazionale d'Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, a beam of highlight made itself known. Adding shine to a well-fitted garment is the perfect way to add some commotion to an outfit.&nbsp;</p>

<h2>Jean Paul Gaultier's Romantic Lace Lip</h2>

<p>When model Bebe Parnell made her way down Duran Lantink's first Haute Couture collection for Jean Paul Gaultier, a double black wool jacket with an off-set tailored collar at the chest caught the attention of many. Aside from the black velvet bow and streams in her hair, the lip was the perfect touch of mystique. Created by Thomas de Kluvyer, the makeup artist used Byredo products to execute the cool-toned lace look that adds a layer of design to a clean yet smart ensemble.</p>

<h2>Giorgio Armani Privé's Classic Smokey Eye</h2>

<p>Are we back in 2016? No, we are a decade past the Mannequin Challenge, skinny jeans, and chokers of any kind. But as Silvana Armani presented her second Giorgio Armani Privé collection, the smoky eye made its grand return in a modern way. Armani Global Makeup Artist Hiromi Ueda led the show's makeup department and used gray-forward tones to create the hazy look. To recreate the look, Armani Beauty's Silk Smooth Eye Pencil, Vertigo Lift Mascara, and Eye Tints in 90M and 68S will bring the euphoric feeling of better times while elevating a nightgown.&nbsp;</p>

<p>One of the most anticipated shows of the season was none other than Robert Wun. Known for his bold, silhouette-defying collection, the Hong Kong-born, London-based designer presented a fun and colorful show. To amplify the playfulness on the runway, makeup artist Valentina Li used best-sellers from Anastasia Beverly Hills in the effort. From the classic Impeccable Blurring Second-Skin Matte Foundation to the brand-new Kiss Theory Lip Balm, pops of color appeared across the face, lips, and eyes. Even though the weather can be rather dull, a bright color palette can lift one's spirit instantly.&nbsp;</p>

<h2>Balenciaga's Smooth Bleached Brow</h2>

<p>In Pierpaolo Piccioli's debut Haute Couture for Balenciaga, a sense of signature glamour that defines the house was stronger than ever. From a multitude of bolero dresses to a stunning black rooster feather headpiece created by Philip Treacy, the sense of beautiful confidence was a standout feeling during the show. Even with rather clean makeup looks, the controversial bleached brow allowed many garments to be the star of the show. With McGrath as the main makeup artist, she knows the power of a subtle look, especially while rocking a piece from this Balenciaga Haute Couture collection.</p>

<p>Just like classic tales such as <em>Puss in Boots</em> and <em>Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs</em>, Matthieu Blazy's sophomore Chanel Haute Couture collection told the perfect story through 63 mystical looks. In the spirit of the dreamy yet adventure-packed show, makeup artist Lucia Pieroni played around with the iconic winged eye throughout many ensembles. From black feathers that span out to gold leaf spread throughout the eye, the creative certainly added to the living storybook that was this fairytale spectacle.</p>

<p>In his second Haute Couture collection for the house, Jonathan Anderson gave makeup the leafy treatment. Peter Philips, Creative and Image Director of Christian Dior Makeup, used a range of green shades across the eyes to enhance the lush lime-colored and juniper dresses, two-pieces, and coats.
