The K-pop icon responds to the Hollywood actor who settled their wardrobe "dispute" by gifting him Ken's most prized possession.

Recently, in a case of Hollywood and K-pop colliding, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/film-tv/young-ryan-gosling-photos" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ryan Gosling</a> took to social media while on his <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/margot-robbie-barbie-looks" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Barbie</a> press tour to hilariously settle an <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/ryan-gosling-bts-jimin-outfit-barbie-movie-twinning-permission-to-dance" target="_blank" rel="noopener">unlikely "wardrobe dispute" between him and BTS' Jimin</a>. In the movie, Ken is seen donning a black and white, fringed, ranchwear shirt in a few scenes. This shirt was the same one worn by Jimin in BTS' "Permission to Dance" music video, in which Gosling said, "I have to give it to you &mdash; you wore it first, you definitely wore it best." As a show of goodwill and part of "an unspoken Ken code," the Canadian actor had gifted Jimin Ken's most prized possession&mdash;his personalized guitar.&nbsp;
Turns out, Gosling meant every word he said as Jimin has not only received the gift but also uploaded a response to his video message with his own.&nbsp;

Jimin spoke in English for the actor, congratulating him for his big movie release and went on to say, "My fans are excited to see your video. So, thank you so much. I could see that you look great in my outfit. Thank you for this guitar. I really love it, and I look forward to watching&nbsp;<a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/barbiecore-trend-barbie-movie-fashion-margot-robbie-ryan-gosling" title="All of Margot Robbie's Best Barbie-Inspired Looks So Far" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Barbie</a>. His fellow bandmate, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/bts-style-evolution-kpop-fashion" title="BTS' J-Hope Stars In His First Campaign For Louis Vuitton" target="_blank" rel="noopener">J-Hope</a> also jokingly teased Jimin in the comment section, complimenting his effort in speaking in English for the video message.&nbsp;
Armys are particularly happy for Jimin as it is widely known that the K-pop star is a huge fan of the actor with his favorite film being The Notebook. Hence, this gift, despite starting out as a cheeky "wardrobe war," probably meant a lot to the star. Embrace that Ken-energy, Jimin!&nbsp;
