Featuring easy-beautiful&nbsp;pieces inspired by vintage designs and that sweet&nbsp;California nostalgia, everyone involved in this collective (from its founders to its production partners) share a commitment to supporting women in the workplace&nbsp;be it in California, India, Spain or Peru.&nbsp;Each collection tells a&nbsp;story, and&nbsp;D&Ocirc;EN&#39;s latest campaign transports us to idyllic Orcas Island. Starring Vanessa Breuer, this new 150-piece (including a fabulous bag collab with Pilgrim&#39;s Alysa Miller and must-have&nbsp;booties)&nbsp;fall collection is guaranteed to find its way into your closet. Ahead, founders Margaret and&nbsp;Katherine Kleveland, Phoebe Dean and&nbsp;Hilary Walsh talk to L&#39;Officiel USA about some of their favorites

What is your favorite item from the fall collection?&nbsp;

I get really excited anytime we launch into a new category. We are delivering outerwear and boots for the first time this fall.

How you would wear your favorite piece and where?

During cooler temps, I&rsquo;m looking forward to wearing the Calico Jacket over our sweaters with jeans paired with our Bowery Boot for running around and weekends at the beach. I&rsquo;ll be wearing the B&eacute;b&eacute; bag from our upcoming Pilgrim collaboration with everything. Lastly, I&rsquo;m so excited for holiday parties:&nbsp;our Corina dress paired with black velvet Mary Janes is heaven. The combo of print and silhouette makes you feel both feminine and statuesque.

This is one of my favorites because it&rsquo;s classic and nostalgic but feels so of the moment.

What is your favorite item from the fall collection?&nbsp;

The Baudoin Dress in Alice Floral and, actually, the entire Alice Floral group.

How you would wear your favorite piece and where?

I&rsquo;ll wear this with a velvet ribbon and messy hair,&nbsp;and I&#39;d pair it with our B&eacute;b&eacute; bag&mdash;part of our collaboration with Pilgrim (our dear friend Alyssa Miller&#39;s handbag line). Ideally, I&rsquo;ll be strolling down a cobblestone street in Montmartre; realistically, I&rsquo;ll wear it to a date night with my love (probably at Petit Trois or a romantic little candle-lit spot).

Tell us more.

I love a mini dress&mdash;this one feels so lady-like yet reminiscent of minis from the 1960&#39;s. It has such a playful feel yet isn&rsquo;t too precious.

What is your favorite item from the fall collection?&nbsp;

My favorite this season is the Adelia Sweater in Sienna.

How you would wear your favorite piece and where?

I&rsquo;ll be wearing it over everything in the fall and winter&mdash;it literally goes with my whole wardrobe. I&rsquo;ll always love cardigan sweaters paired with denim. I&rsquo;ll wear it everywhere from a crisp, outdoor adventure to throwing it over an evening dress on a chilly night out.

I gravitate towards timeless pieces that I will keep for decades. I&rsquo;ve noticed that I still have sweaters from high school that I love. the D&Ocirc;EN Alpaca sweaters are classic pieces that you can throw on over anything and feel cozy. They are great for both California evenings as well as New York winters.

What is your favorite item from the fall collection?&nbsp;

Our Corduroy Maritime Pants - they feel so reminiscent of my early teens in the 90&#39;s.

How you would wear your favorite piece and where?

I&rsquo;ll be wearing them with our Bowery Boot &amp; Mulberry sweater (in botanical green) &ndash; I hope to look like Brigitte Bardot in &Agrave; Coeur Joie.&nbsp;I can see myself wearing these while sitting at a cafe in France during my upcoming trip this September. When the weather cools in Los Angeles, I&rsquo;ll be wearing them every Sunday to the farmer&rsquo;s market.
