Enter her new capsule with sustainable basics brand Campbell &amp; Kramer&mdash;a tightly edited lineup of pieces designed for real life, real closets, and real plans (that may or may not involve leaving the couch.)

Think ultra-soft PJ Lounge Pants you&rsquo;ll live in, a perfectly slouchy boxy tee aptly named The Ex-Boyfriend, and a modern bolero with delicate tie details that feels flirty without trying too hard. At the center of it all is The Julia Dress&mdash;a versatile hero piece offered in black, burgundy, and pink jersey that can shapeshift from cozy night in to actual plans out.
In honor of the launch, Mervis shared on her Instagram that 100% of her proceeds will be donated to the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota &mdash; a nonprofit providing free legal services and advocacy for low-income immigrants and refugees &mdash; as part of her efforts to support communities navigating complex, unjust, and violent immigration challenges.&nbsp;
Made in Los Angeles using deadstock fabrics and priced between $140 and $200, the capsule hits that sweet spot between accessible and intentional. It&rsquo;s romantic without being cheesy, and proof that Valentine&rsquo;s Day dressing can have a life well beyond February 14.

L'OFFICIEL: You&rsquo;ve said you designed this collection with your friends in mind. What&rsquo;s something you and your friends are always searching for when getting dressed&mdash;especially in winter&mdash;that inspired these pieces?
JULIA MERVIS: Wintertime dressing, especially in a city like New York, can be so daunting! I find that my friends and I are always looking for a fun extra layer to add to the pieces we already have, just something to up the ante. I loved the idea of creating a bolero (yes, the bolero is so back) that could take a year-round closet staple to a winter wardrobe necessity.
LO: Valentine&rsquo;s Day collections can sometimes feel overly thematic. How did you strike a balance so these pieces work beyond February 14?
JM: That&rsquo;s the key&mdash;I tried not to focus so much on what we all first think of when we hear &ldquo;Valentine&rsquo;s Day&rdquo; collection, but rather focus on my girls. My friends are my Valentines year-round, so while this collection is timed to Valentine&rsquo;s Day, it&rsquo;s a true year-round collection. Getting dressed up with your friends never goes out of season.

LO: Comfort plays a big role here, from the PJ Lounge Pants to the slouchy Ex-Boyfriend tee. Why was it important for this capsule to blur the line between loungewear and going-out pieces?
JM: It was important to me that the capsule collection fit all of the needs of a weekend spent feeling and looking great. Throughout the design process, I realized that while, of course, I love the perfect outfit for a night out, who doesn&rsquo;t like to feel put together for a lazy Sunday, too? You shouldn&rsquo;t have to sacrifice comfort for style. Honestly, I&rsquo;m excited to see how people style the PJ Lounge Pants for a martini date out to breakfast the next day.

LO: Sustainability is central to Campbell &amp; Kramer, with each piece made in Los Angeles using deadstock fabrics. How does designing responsibly influence the way you think about fashion today?
JM: When Campbell &amp; Kramer approached me, their approach to sustainability immediately stood out to me. Their selections are limited to deadstock, pre-existing fabrics, which inherently impacts the design process every step of the way while keeping each drop more rare. They repurpose materials into pieces that we can truly live in, return to in our closet, and hold onto for years. And not to mention, I&rsquo;m a true vintage lover. Vintage shopping is a huge part of my personal fashion identity, so working with a brand that works with recycled and repurposed fabrics felt like a true win-win.
LO: When you&rsquo;re getting dressed for a night out, what&rsquo;s your personal styling philosophy? Do you start with comfort, confidence, or a standout piece?
JM: There are few things I love more than when my friends text me saying they &ldquo;need to be SBJ&rsquo;d,&rdquo; a.k.a. &ldquo;styled by Julia.&rdquo; Sharing my closet is my love language. Usually we have a particular standout piece in mind and then build an outfit around that. The end goal is always to feel confident, and I love using clothes as a way to accomplish that for me and my friends.

LO: If someone buys just one piece from the capsule, how would you recommend they style it three different ways?
JM: The Julia Dress all day. It&rsquo;s the most versatile piece in the collection and the one I&rsquo;m most excited about. It&rsquo;s my dream dress. It can be styled backwards, forwards, as a dress, as a top&mdash;you name it. The sky is the limit with this one, but truly all of the pieces in the collection are versatile; it&rsquo;s something the Campbell &amp; Kramer team and I worked hard to accomplish.
LO: Every It girl has her signature. What&rsquo;s the one thing you do, wear, or swear by that makes people go, &lsquo;Yep, that&rsquo;s so you&rsquo;?
JM: If you know me, you know I love forehead blush. I love looking sun-kissed, and applying my blush across the top of my face and along my temples is an unconventional part of my makeup routine that has certainly become very &ldquo;me.&rdquo; And I love seeing people re-create it in their own looks!
LO: Where&rsquo;s your go-to &ldquo;unwind&rdquo; spot? (spa, salon, coffee shop, bakery, etc.)
JM: My couch with Payton and our leopard blanket.
