The footwear brand and the Parisian label partnered for a limited-edition capsule that reveals a new version of Melissa's popular Texas Boot.

Promising a cutting-edge Parisian design is like promising fashion heaven on Earth, and that&rsquo;s what the new collaboration between Melissa and Maldito is offering style aficionados. The two brands came together to launch a special capsule, revealed Wednesday, featuring a reimagined design of Melissa&rsquo;s signature Texas Boots imbued with Maldito&rsquo;s signature flair.&nbsp;
The footwear collection encapsulates the feminine vision of Melissa and Maldito into a single item, elucidated by the bows, flamboyant hues, and unique silhouette. The contemporary boots offer a glimpse into how fashion is being reinvented in the modern world and how footwear, specifically Western-inspired, is spearheading this movement. The Melissa x Maldito collection is <a href="http://shopmelissa.com/">available to shop</a> in three colors (pink, purple, and black) in US sizes five through 10. The collaborative boot retails for $269.&nbsp;

It couldn&rsquo;t have been a more perfect match,&rdquo; Maldito's founder and Brazilian designer Francisco Terra said in a press release. "This collaboration marks the start of my 15-year celebration in fashion, and without a doubt, it&rsquo;s the greatest gift I could have received."​

Terra and Nicolas Courgeon founded Maldito, a state-of-the-art Parisian label, in 2021 and has been modifying the fashion dialogue since. Melissa is an established brand that was founded in 1979 and has become increasingly known for its jelly shoes in recent years and smart fashion collaborations, including with labels like <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/tags/telfar">Telfar</a>, Jean Paul Gaultier, Vivienne Westwood, and more.
