A nostalgia-infused dress, a debut performance, and a new chapter in the Toy Story universe gave Swifties plenty to talk about.

It’s a Toy Story, and Taylor Swift just said yes, again.
Last night, Swift made a surprise appearance on the red carpet at the Toy Story 5 premiere in Los Angeles, stepping out in a whimsical off-the-shoulder mini dress from Erdem's Fall/Winter 2026 collection. Framed by sparkling embellishments and voluminous panels blooming with storybook florals, the look felt fitting for both Swift’s country roots and Pixar’s beloved tale of friendship, led by everyone’s favorite cowgirl and cowboy.
Titled “The Imaginary Conversation,” the collection celebrates Erdem’s 20th anniversary. In that sense, Swift’s Erdem look did more than complement the occasion; it echoed the very themes at the heart of the franchise’s newest chapter.

At the end of the film, the surprises continued. During the closing credits, Swift doubled the excitement by performing “I Knew It, I Knew You” live for the very first time. It marked the singer’s first public performance since her surprise appearance at Tight End University one year ago, which was six months after the final show of <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/ranking-taylor-swifts-eras-tour-outfits-2024">the Eras Tour</a>.
