There's no denying that both <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/beauty/zendaya-best-red-carpet-beauty-makeup" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Zendaya</a> and <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/film-tv/anya-taylor-joy-movies-emma-split" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Anya-Taylor Joy</a> were among the best dressed of the last year, stealing all the spotlight on the red carpets. Interestingly, both stars have the same stylist, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/black-fashion-influencers-to-follow-models-designers-stylists" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Law Roach</a>, one of the most respected professionals in the business.
 Now, the actresses have just been nominated for the prestigious award sponsored by the CFDA, the Council of Fashion Designers of America, which is currently led by <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/tom-ford-husband-richard-buckley-dies-age-72" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Tom Ford</a> as president. This year, Zendaya, 25, will be the youngest recipient of the Fashion Icon award. Other names that have already received the honor are <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/blue-ivy-joins-beyonce-jay-z-about-love-tiffany-co-video" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Beyonc&eacute;</a>, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/prince-best-stage-style-performance" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Prince</a>, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/lady-gaga-summer-2021-looks-valentino-dresses" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Lady Gaga</a>, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/naomi-campbell-traded-love-life-for-model-career" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Naomi Campbell</a>, and <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/rihanna-rimowa-never-still-travel-campaign" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Rihanna</a>. 
Taylor-Joy, also 25, is mainly known for her leading role in <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/film-tv/the-queens-gambit-season-2-anya-taylor-joy-netflix" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Queen's Gambit</a>, taking her career to stardom and becoming one of the most sought-after actresses of the moment. Always on board with creative and daring looks, the actress will receive the CFDA Face of the Year award.&nbsp; 
 The award show had to be in digital format in 2020 due to the social restrictions imposed by the pandemic. This year, the celebration will take place on November 10 in New York City.
