Things are heating up in the newest episode of Euphoria Season 3. We've got you covered.&nbsp;

Last week&rsquo;s episode of <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/film-tv/euphoria-season-3-episode-1-recap-cassie-only-fans-nate-jacobs-jules-release-schedule" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Euphoria</a>, which dealt with God, guns, and girls, was just a preview of what was to come for the plotlines of our favorite East Highlander Alumni. In Season 3, Episode 2, things have officially heated up, both on and off screen. And not for <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/film-tv/euphoria-season-3-premiere-cast-red-carpet-looks-zendaya-alexa-demie-jacob-elordi-hunter-schafer-sydney-sweeney-release-date-plot" target="_blank" rel="noopener">nothin</a>&rsquo;.

<h2 style="text-align: center;">Euphoria&nbsp;Season 3 Episode 2 Recap: "America My Dream"</h2>

Viewers are greeted with being told about <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/pop-culture/alexa-demie-age-euphoria-actress-birthday" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Maddy</a>&rsquo;s past: how she initially made her mark repping Hollywood talent with no money, nothing but the clothes off her back, and no college degree, where she pitches herself to Agent Penzler. Maddy&rsquo;s out-of-kilter persuasion ways&mdash;explaining no college education, immigrant parents, part of an entitled generation, not an HR nightmare, and a believer in capitalism&mdash;ultimately pay off.
We&rsquo;re then sent back in time to the pandemic and introduced to Katelyn&mdash;a suburban sweetheart whom Maddy discovered through boredom during the global shutdown. Believing she has the chops to represent the young talent, Maddy plays herself up as actor Dylan Reid&rsquo;s agent. Furthermore, she also assures Katelyn that social media is the way of the future, and offers her services as a "career architect":&mdash;promising great success with no nudity, only sexy imagery&mdash;essentially deeming herself as OnlyFans&rsquo; next female pimp.
When Maddy&rsquo;s boss finds out thanks to the likes of a PR stunt gone awry, she gives her Maddy ultimatum&mdash;Katelyn or the company. Despite Maddy&rsquo;s efforts of pleading this behavior was to assist with her mom&rsquo;s rent, out of safety, Maddy lets Katelyn go. Cut to one year later, with Katelyn posing in front of a $700,000 check, encouraging women to pursue their own personal branding. In this case, Maddy should have followed her instinct.

Next, Alamo is back on his gun-show way about himself, with Rue as his Alamo&rsquo;s servant, knee deep in pig mess, while cleaning up traces of Tish. While it&rsquo;s not the first death of someone Rue knows, it sure is the first she&rsquo;s covered up. Thus, Alamo calls Laurie&mdash;Rue&rsquo;s drug lord&mdash;while lighting Tish&rsquo;s things on fire, without being able to shake the feeling that she made a deal with the devil. Next, we see Rue handed $300 and promoted at Alamo&rsquo;s strip club, Silver Slipper.
From there, Rue is shown around the club, such as where the drugs are&mdash;instructed to keep the customers in line, and the dancers happy. Here, enters Angel, offering a lap dance to a middle-aged man inside, repping the &lsquo;fully nude, always lewd&rsquo; motto of the club. Thereafter, Rue and Angel hook up in Rue&rsquo;s van.
Despite it all, Rue is still hung up on Jules, all these years later, as a flashback of the duo plays from when Rue visited during Jules&rsquo; time in art school, during a period of bad relapses and even worse decision-making. Rue admits to Maddy that she is still thinking about Jules, and that Uber rides don&rsquo;t make things much better. When Rue asks where she&rsquo;s headed, Maddy gestures with big breasts and cries, to Rue&rsquo;s shock.

Enter: Cassie.&nbsp;
Cassie, being described as the kind of girl you dream of signing, according to Maddy&mdash;beautiful but directionless, so desperate for attention that she&rsquo;s willing to humiliate herself&mdash;which we bear witness to by way of Cassie's nude ice cream photoshoot, as a baseball catcher, and channeling a disturbing baby fetish, once again shot by photographer and housekeeper, Mar&iacute;a.
The duo meets at The Peninsula, Maddy serving mob-wife realness, waiting years to kill her conscience&mdash;urging Cassie that a high aesthetic standard will elevate her image, as opposed to her standard doggy-thirst content. They seem to come to an agreement that Maddy will manage Cassie's OnlyFans activities, only after a half-assed apology by Cassie for, you know, stealing Maddy's boyfriend and going crazy in high school.
Later, we are met by Cal, Nate&rsquo;s father, who went from top real estate developer to a broke sexual deviant who narrowly escaped prison, and brings up his concerns about Cassie's only presence.&nbsp;
Back at Silver Slippers, Angel begins to act out until Rue unveils the truth of Tish overdosing on fentanyl. Rue then urges Angel to consider rehab after spiraling due to losing her best friend, and when Angel begins to confess her disdain for California, stating more people go missing here than anywhere in America, pondering if there&rsquo;s a magnet attracting evil, we can&rsquo;t help but harp on it.

Finally, Cassie is poolside at a barbecue hosted at their home, sporting a matching two-piece pink Pucci ensemble, where Nate angrily makes Cassie delete the account in front of his coworker, only after Nate promises to buy her the correct florals for their wedding.&nbsp;
From there, the episode wraps as we watch Rue take Angel to Hope Springs Rehab, with other elements from Alamo, including a pig going to the bathroom in Laurie&rsquo;s living room, a penthouse floor meet-up between Rue and Jules (where Jules is her boyfriend&rsquo;s known mistress), with the last thing viewers see being Jules&rsquo; inviting Rue into her bath&hellip;
