The label presented its new collection in Milan—plus a meaningful message about contemporary design.&nbsp;

In a stark white room in the Fondazione Prada, the label unveiled its latest men's collection. On a transparent platform illuminated by bright, cool-toned spotlights, a veritable parade of designs that illustrated Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons' vision for sartorial clarity. This season, the vision for menswear was distilled around three primary beliefs about what modern clothes should be: fundamental, intentional, and meaningful. But make no mistake, the garments weren't pared back—they were instead presented with a razor-sharp precision that favored simplicity over excess.&nbsp;
Despite the emphasis on clarity and a lack of adornment, the presentation was one to be remembered. Australian model Julia Nobis—clad in a white denim jacket cropped ever so slightly above the hip, slim-fitting white trousers, and an oversized black blazer—appeared first on the runway, beginning the show with a taste of the radical intent at the core of the collection.&nbsp;
While superfluous exaggerations were discarded, the collection included plenty of accents that spoke to the proposed emphasis on reinterpretation and nearly endless sartorial possibilities. Bags were worn clipped to belt loops, patterned silk scarves were worn around the hips, and sunglasses appeared in hybrid forms, cut-up to combine colors and silhouettes in new applications. Rather than the collection being entirely devoid of details, each one appeared as a precisely considered choice that earned its place within a look.&nbsp;
Across the collection as a whole, slim silhouettes were favored, from narrowly cut jackets to form-fitting trousers. In a parallel universe, the skinny jeans shown on the runway may have transported a viewer back to the early aughts, but alongside cropped sweater vests, bomber-style leather jackets, and buttoned-up jean jackets, they appear timeless.&nbsp;
