DK and Seungkwan of Seventeen have announced their joint album.

2026 is already shaping up to be a great year for <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/music/bts-comeback-album-release-date-2026-tour-tickets" target="_blank" rel="noopener">K-pop</a> fans, but the latest news from Seventeen has made the new year even merrier, because two of its beloved members, DK and Seungkwan, are ringing in 2026 with a brand new album.&nbsp;
The duo's vocals, dance skills, and undeniable charm have cemented them as favorites among Carats&mdash;Seventeen's fanbase&mdash;across the world, but now, they're taking the next step and putting out a conceptual mini-album that's sure to be jam-packed with unforgettable melodies and catchy lyrics.&nbsp;
Serenade, the mini-album by DK and Seungkwan, is scheduled to drop on Jan. 12, and is centered around a wintry concept based on love and memory.&nbsp;

The release of the mini-album&mdash;and expansion into their own sub-unit&mdash;comes after a major year for the group. Earlier in 2025, Seventeen celebrated its 10-year anniversary with a range of electrifying fan events, a buzzy concert in Seoul, and the release of its fifth album, Happy Burstday.
From the very beginning of the group's journey together, they've been lauded for their alluring public personas, group chemistry, top-notch choreography, killer vocals, and compelling album concepts. Now, after f&ecirc;ting its major milestone, the group is continuing its legacy of artistry and striking out into a new era, marked by the release of&nbsp;Serenade, DK and Seungkwan's debut as a sub-unit.&nbsp;&nbsp;
