The couple made a brief statement on Saturday, March 13 saying that the news is inaccurate and false, but admitted that they are adjusting.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Last week, several major media outlets said the couple canceled their engagement after four years of dating. Rodriguez proposed to Lopez in March 2019. The two planned two <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/weddings-trends-2021-corona-bridal-minimalism">weddings</a>, both originally scheduled for 2020, before the coronavirus pandemic delayed those plans.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Lopez had already clarified that she had to postpone the wedding twice. She also said that she wasn't in a hurry to get married and wasn't planning on cancelling the wedding, but since then, the break-up rumours surfaced. The couple said that they are still together, but "<span>working through some things."</span></p>
