Since the beginning of her career in the early &lsquo;90s, Carey has been a hitmaker, pop icon, and diva extraordinaire, but through it all, she&rsquo;s remained one of the cultural zeitgeist&rsquo;s most legendary figures, even 30 years, millions of record sales, and a dozen albums later.
Though it was her very first album, Mariah Carey showcased her potential as a musical powerhouse, setting her up for a history-making career.
