Perched above the azure waters of the ocean, this spot on the waterfront offers fine cuisine at the crossroads of French terroir and the four corners of Asia. On the menu is&nbsp;exceptional seafood&mdash;delicious tuna tartare with Japanese ginger marinade, crispy sushi with a soy glaze and the freshly caught lobster with plantains&mdash;as well as several&nbsp;choices for those with a taste for anything off the barbeque.&nbsp;

The sublime Balinese-inspired spa, perfect for relaxing&nbsp;after a day in the sun.
