<p>Salone del Mobile (or the Milan Furniture Fair) season has officially begun. Fashion and art become one at the annual event, which celebrates the design industry's innovative creations. The event is held in Milan, Italy, and international designers showcase their latest pieces, often featuring furniture, to visitors and exhibitors from around the world. This year's fashion brands are bringing the energy more than ever.</p>
<p>The major trade fair traditionally takes place at the Fiera Milano Rho fairground, a suburb of Milan, and attracts nearly 400,000 enthusiasts each year. Approximately 2,000 designers from 150 countries migrate to Milan to exhibit their work. The event consists of at least five key exhibitions. They are Salone Internazionale del Mobile, International Furnishing Accessories Exhibition, Workplace 3.0, S. Project, and EuroCucina. At the <span>exhibit, attendees can explore furniture products. As they make their way to the International Furnishing Accessories Exhibition, guests are greeted by accessories and decorative items, while at Workplace 3.0, they are met with office essentials and commercial spaces. Meanwhile, S. Project promotes sustainable designs and products. Finally, EuroCucina promises visitors innovative kitchen technological pieces.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p><span>Many of fashion's top luxury brands contribute their own designs to Salone del Mobile, too. Herm&egrave;s, Bottega Veneta, Prada, Versace, Loewe, Armani, and Miu Miu are just a handful of names among the labels that participate in the innovative event each year.&nbsp;</span><span>This year, the event will be held from April 8 to 13. Art and fashion enthusiasts alike are preparing to flock to Milan, and the designers are waiting in anticipation to see the reaction to their latest work. </span></p>

<p>The Italian luxury jewelry brand Buccellati presents&nbsp;<em>Naturalia</em>. The exhibit consists of three collections: Furry, Nature, and Marina. This silver collection is expected to be an immersive journey for visitors as each masterpiece invites them to appreciate nature and craftsmanship. The exhibit will be open to the public from April 8 to 13.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;"><span>Studio Ko and Beni Rugs: Intersection</span></h2>

<p>Studio Ko has collaborated with Beni for this year's Salone del Mobile. Titled Intersection, the rug brand and the Paris/Marrakech-based architecture firm unveil a collection celebrating its 25th anniversary at the esteemed event. The collection drew inspiration from Morocco's weaving customs while merging Karl Fournier and Olivier Marty's artisan language within the designs. There are 10 pieces featured in the collection.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;"><span>Prada Frames: "In Transit"</span></h2>

<p>The Italian label returns to Salone del Mobile with its fourth edition of Prada Frames'<em>&nbsp;</em>In Transit.<em>&nbsp;</em>The luxury brand's collection was curated by Formafantasma, a design and research studio. This year, the brand is exploring the convergence between design, culture, and society as a means to understand and analyze the infrastructure as a "dynamic and multifaceted system that enables, restricts, and shapes movement, whether of people, goods, data, or power," according to a press release. Attendees can expect conversation panels at the <span>Padiglione Reale and aboard the Arlecchino Train.&nbsp;</span></p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;">Il Bisonte X Fernando Aciar&nbsp;</h2>

<p>Il Bisonte proudly presents the brand's new Home &amp; Office Collection. The Florentine brand has been dedicated to providing consumers with premium artisanal leatherwork, and now it's bringing that outstanding leatherwork into everyday homes and offices. The brand enlisted Fernando Aciar, a New York-based designer and chef, to create an authentic collection with the essence of Florence infused into it. Aciar is also the founder of FEFOSTUDIO, and the collaboration will be presented at New York Design Week in May 2025.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;">Toiletpaper &amp; Scarosso</h2>

<p>Scarosso and Toilet Paper have come together to create a capsule,&nbsp;<em>Toilet Scarosso Paper,&nbsp;</em>that will be unveiled at Salone del Mobile. The collection focuses on the penny loafer and features four graphics from the magazine and creative studio. The graphics included are golden trumpets,&nbsp; multicolored snakes, a red-lipped mouth, and a rose-petal wrapped eye. &ldquo;The idea was to bring a touch of fun to your feet by reimagining one of our bestselling classics with a vibrant and dynamic flair to make a wearable statement every day,&rdquo; Paula Cademartori, creative project lead, said in a press release.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;">Saint Laurent and Charlotte Perriand</h2>

<p>A Saint Laurent exclusive collection is coming to Salone del Mobile 2025. The French brand teamed up with Charlotte Perriand to bring the furniture fair a few pieces from history, reaffirming Saint Laurent's commitment to heritage. The furniture designs, which date from 1943 to 1967, include original pieces from Perriand. The collection will be available to view from April 8 to 13 at the Padiglione Visconti.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;">Louis Vuitton Home Collections&nbsp;</h2>

<p>Set against the stunning background of Polazzio Serbelloni, Louis Vuitton unveiled its Home Collections on April 7. The collection promises unique furniture and lighting pieces from the artistic minds of <span>Fortunato Depero and Charlotte Perriand. With the emphasis on textiles, the French luxury brand is ushering in a new, innovative art de vivre, just in time for Salone.</span></p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;"><span>A-Poc Issey Miyake: "</span>Type-XIII Atelier O&iuml; Project"</h2>

<p><span>A-Poc Issey Miyake's Milan flagship store will be hosting an exclusive exhibition during Milan Design Week. The exhibition is called <em>TYPE-XIII Atelier O&iuml; Project</em> and emphasizes lighting products while creating innovative pieces by combining wire and cloth, and the significance of the simplicity of the concept. There are two series, the O and A series, included in the collaborative designs, which guests will be able to see from April 8 to 13.&nbsp;</span></p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;"><span>Longchamp and Pierre Renart&nbsp;</span></h2>

<p>Longchamp and Pierre Renart's collaborative endeavor marks a first for the French designer and cabinetmaker as he's created pieces combined of wood and leather, something he's never done before. He's also making his debut at the design event with the support of Longchamp, a brand committed to supporting and preserving artists and their art. The collection will be displayed for all to see from April 7 to 13.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;"><span>Etro: "</span>5 Threads, 40 Years"</h2>

<p>Etro has created an interactive experience for Salone del Mobile attendees for its tribute exhibit titled <em>5 Threads, 40 Years</em>. The brand is honoring its signature Arnica fabric, which is woven together by five threads: yellow, green, red, turquoise, and white. The celebration will be held at Etro's boutique on Via Pontaccio in Milan during the big event. Guests will be able to journey through the history of the Arnica fabric and experience heritage firsthand.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;"><span>Loewe: "Teapots"</span></h2>

<p>Loewe commissioned a collection of teapots from 25 international artists, designers, and architects for Salone del Mobile 2025. Available to view at the Palazzo Citterio in Milan, this collection will be the brand's ninth presentation at the event, and to mark the occasion, it has decided to experiment with teapots and has given the artists creative freedom to approach the collection through their own creative lens. Guests will have access to the exhibit from April 7 through 13.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;">Dior and Sam Baron</h2>

<p>Sam Baron has crafted three special vases for Dior's <span><em>Ode &agrave; la nature</em> collection. Each vase measures at least one meter high and is an acknowledgement of nature's beauty. All those who attend with find themselves in an enchanted garden with flowers and branches intertwined to pay homage to the first&nbsp;<em>Miss Dior&nbsp;</em>perfume bottle from 1947. The collection will be available to preview from April 8-13.&nbsp;</span></p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;">Missoni&nbsp;</h2>

<p>Missoni opened doors in Milan just in time for Salone 2025. The storefront, which is located at Via Solferino 9, is dedicated to the brand's Home Collection, which features accessories, furniture, and textiles that represent the brand's craftsmanship. Guests can expect to see plaids, velvets, jacquard furnishings, and other designs that enhance the home with a touch of Missoni.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;"><span>Lee Broom and Lladr&oacute; 'Cascade'</span></h2>

<p>Lladr&oacute; is collaborating with Lee Broom, a widely known British designer, for a special exhibit,&nbsp;<em>Cascade,</em> at this year's Salone del Mobile.&nbsp;<em>Cascade&nbsp;</em>will feature a lighting collection, which is an exploration of porcelain lighting, combining his vision with the Spanish brand's heritage. Guests will have an up-close look at the intricately handcrafted pieces.</p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;"><b><span lang="EN-GB">MCM and Pet Therapy</span></b></h2>

<p>Designed by Altea Biagetto of Atelier Biagetti, MCM and Pet Therapy's collaboration is debuting at 2025's Salone del Mobile. The exhibition displays sculptural pieces, including pet-friendly poufs and other practical sculptures taking the form of cats and dogs. According to a press release, this collection is a joyful celebration of inclusivity and craftsmanship. The exhibit will be open to the public from April 8 to 13.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;"><span>Swarovski x Rosenthal Idyllia</span></h2>

<p>Swarovski's exhibition at Milan Design Week 2025 is a tribute to the brand's 130-year heritage. Giovanna Engelbert, the brand's Global Creative Director, has collaborated with Rosenthal Idyllia to design intricate pieces inspired by Idyllia's family home. Poetry meets gardening in this special collection, and Swarovski has immersive activities in store for visitors, like the Swarovski Tram, which is a 30-minute tour through Milan, allowing them to take in the city's beauty. The tram will be available from April 7 to 13, and the collection is available <a href="https://www.swarovski.com/en-US/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">online</a> and with a global launch expected June 2025.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;">Gucci: "Bamboo Encounters"</h2>

<p><a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/tags/gucci">Gucci</a> is spotlighting bamboo, an integral part of the brand's history, at this year's design event. Contemporary designers and artists, including Anton Alvarez, Dima Srouji, Kite Club, Laurdis Gall&eacute;e, Nathalie Du Pasquier, Sisan Lee, Eugenio Rossi and Yaazd Contractor from the back studio, are contributing their own pieces to the collection. The exhibition runs from April 8-13 at <span>Chiostri di San Simpliciano in Milan. Gucci and 2050+ will also be hosting a special panel with the artists and designers from April 8 to 10.&nbsp;</span></p>

<p>Salone del Mobile 2025 may be welcoming back established brands and designers, but the event also prides itself on embracing newcomers into the fold. Loro Piana and Dimoremilano are making their debut at the design event with a collection that fuses realism with the cinematic. <em>La Prima Notte di Quiete</em> is the collection that the collaborators are presenting this year, which was inspired by the 1970s and 1980s. It celebrates the heritage of both labels and creates a calming, immersive experience for guests.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;"><span>Ferrari Collectibles: Symbols of a Legacy</span></h2>

<p>Ferrari has been at the helm of innovative automotive technology since 1929. This year at Milan Design Week, the Italian company is unveiling a collectibles collection that fuses the automotive industry with design. A few pieces from the collection will be displayed at the <span>Ferrari Boutique in Via Giovanni Berchet 2, Milan, from April 7 to 13. Attendees will be able to partake in celebrating the timelessness of Ferrari.&nbsp;</span></p>
