Bold, vibrant, and sleek, the Courr&egrave;ges Spring/Summer 2026 collection offers a particularly timely take on true summer dressing. Masterful crasftmanship and visionary design take creative director <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/nicolas-de-felice-courreges-designer-interview" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Nicolas Di Felice</a>'s solar-centric concept to the next level. An avid appreciation for a strong, sensual silhouettes and construction are beyond evident in the clothes themselves, but it's the dazzling <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/beauty/summer-cooling-beauty-sprays-masks-makeup-tools-bodycare-haircare" target="_blank" rel="noopener">heatwave</a> concept&mdash;punctuated during the presentation by a disembodied voice narrating rising temperatures on a sweltering summer day&mdash;that guide the collection.&nbsp;
Leather&mdash;seen throughout the line in breezy sleeveless <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/shopping/brown-leather-bombers-trend-shop-luxury" target="_blank" rel="noopener">jackets</a>, sinuous cuff bracelets, polished coats, and plenty of lithe little belts&mdash;takes on new texture and dimension, appearing almost at its melting point in its organic, gleaming applications.&nbsp;
Meanwhile, draped, gauzy, asymmetrical designs ruled the runway, offering the illusion of garments perpetually in a state of movement, spurred by heat, light, and a summery frenzy. Vibrant, mid-length skirts were gathered at one side, while tops were laden with cutouts, fluid drapery, and ultra-light fabrics.&nbsp;
In oversized sunglasses, plunging, open necklines, and sheer UV-blocking head coverings&mdash;swaths of garment fastened to brimmed caps and ceremoniously tucked into waistbands&mdash;the solar inspiration became all the more palpable.&nbsp;
Colors began on the cool side&mdash;monochromatic icy aqua toned looks gave way to pops of blue seen only in partials, in slick leather boots and audacious bodysuits with cut-outs&mdash;before they transitioned into neutral khaki, black, and white hues, and then towards a range of sizzling orange looks.&nbsp;
Rounded, risen necklines emerged from a quartet of <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/margot-robbie-naked-dress-sheer-clothing-trend" target="_blank" rel="noopener">sheer, shimmery frocks</a> at the end, incorporating both Di Felice's scorching sartorial theme and Andre Courr&egrave;ges's vision of futurism, melting down past and present into a line that feels oh-so Courr&egrave;ges at its core&mdash;sensual, daring, and sophisticatedly experimental.&nbsp;
