The Wednesday actress added some scales to the naked dressing trend at the premiere for season two of the show.

One red carpet trend celebrities can't get enough of is the naked dress. Sheer, figure-hugging silhouettes have reigned supreme at awards shows, premieres, and galas, despite receiving <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/cannes-film-festival-bans-risque-naked-dresses-red-carpet-2025" target="_blank" rel="noopener">pushback</a> regarding modesty. The latest A-lister to adopt the look is none other than&nbsp;Wednesday star <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/film-tv/jenna-ortega-facts-wednesday-addams-actress" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Jenna Ortega</a>, stepping out in Ashi Studio's Fall 2025 collection for the Wednesday Season 2, Part 1 premiere in London on July 30.
The sculptural dress took a slightly more eerie take on the trend, as Ortega looked as though she was shedding a layer of snakeskin. This was perfectly in line with her character Wednesday's macabre style, and coupled with her bleached eyebrows and dark eyeshadow, Ortega had an otherworldly air at the London premiere.

From her metallic <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/simone-ashley-gold-balmain-gown-f1-premiere-london" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Balmain </a>gown at the 2025 <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/best-dressed-celebrities-met-gala-2025" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Met Gala</a> to being draped in the iconic <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/dior-by-john-galliano-fashion-history-book" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Dior Galliano-era</a> newspaper dress on the red carpet, Oretga and Melendez have proven to be a powerful duo. Her latest look comes straight from the haute couture runway, despite looking like it was made custom for the premiere.

Ortega is now ushering in the next generation of superstars to celebrate the brand.&nbsp;
Wednesday&nbsp;was an immediate hit when it came out in 2022, and it definitely propelled Ortega's career, as she has come to dominate the horror and comedy genres. Season 2 of the show, which comes out in two four-episode parts, has been highly anticipated, and the wait is almost up. Part 1 is being released on Netflix next Wednesday, August 6, and Part 2 will be released on September 3. So, just as the summer takes its final lap and the air starts to get chillier, the iconic Wednesday Addams will be back on our screens once again.
