On Sept. 26, Lawrence arrived in California, where she attended the photo call and premiere for her latest film,&nbsp;<a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/film-tv/die-my-love-movie-jennifer-lawrence-robert-pattinson-cast-trailer-release-date" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Die, My Love</a>&mdash;co-starring Robert Pattinson, and directed by Lynne Ramsey&mdash;at the San Sebastian Film Festival. At the festival, Lawrence was also honored with the Donostia Award, making her the youngest recipient to date.&nbsp;

Early on in the day for the photocall, Lawrence stepped out in a pared-back black-and-white look by <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/maya-wigram-phoebe-philo-daughter-runway-model" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Phoebe Philo</a>. Timeless, ultra-chic basics were the name of the game for this look, as evident in the ensemble's simple, yet endlessly flattering construction. Breezy black trousers accompanied the trailing top, while white rolled cuff sleeves added a touch of texture, contrast, and visual interest. In typical JLaw fashion, the star wore natural, glowy makeup and a simple, yet sophisticated updo.&nbsp;

At the red carpet later on, Lawrence continued her Phoebe Philo streak with a refined brown gown, complete with asymmetric construction, leather detailing, and a playful cutout. With her hair down, accentuated by wispy <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/beauty/bangs-emily-ratajkowski-emrata-zendaya-rihanna-before-and-after" target="_blank" rel="noopener">bangs</a>, Lawrence was the picture of classic elegance, proving that any good look doesn't need countless components to stun.&nbsp;
