Onitsuka Tiger is haunting the Tokyo streets with its new film MILAN-TOKYO.

Under the artistic direction of Andrea Pompilio, Onitsuka Tiger presented its Spring/Summer 2022 collection in Milan with a short film titled MILAN-TOKYO,&nbsp;directed by Hideto Hotta.

Renowned for combining fashion and sport with an innovative savoir-faire, Onitsuka Tiger chose Milan Fashion Week yet again to showcase its new collection.
Imagined as a trip from Milan to an eerily empty Tokyo, the nocturnal wanderer begins at the airport before moving to the streets. Emerging through an ocean of empty bridges, roads, and expressways, the vast city landscape becomes smaller and smaller, closing in on Shinjuku and Shibuya alleys. 
The complicated labyrinth of back-streets transforms into a runway, lit by colorful neon lights belonging to gadget shops or taxi stations.&nbsp;

The tour goes on, zooming into the backstreets of the Ooimachi Shopping Arcade before landing atop one of many Tokyo skyscrapers. Flashing its finale: a nocturnal Tokyo is waiting to wake up to a dynamic reality. Onitsuka Tiger&rsquo;s collection, with its fashion-meets-sports-oriented aesthetic, fits the bill.&nbsp;

Next year will be the year of the tiger&mdash;the core symbol of the brand.
A selection of complementary and multipurpose items featuring animal and geometric prints, as well as horizontal lines, will be featured in the brand's 2022 beachwear. As for footwear, two new sneakers will be available featuring a printed sole and feline print.&nbsp;

The Spring/Summer 2022 collection was presented digitally on September 26 during Milan Fashion Week, via the official Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana<a href="https://milanofashionweek.cameramoda.it/" title="Milan Fashion Week website"> website</a>.&nbsp;
