Sasha Pivovarova Stuns in the L’OFFICIEL Archives

Russian supermodel and L'OFFICIEL's newest cover star, Sasha Pivovarova, has been a driving force in the modeling world since 2005. Since her debut, Pivovarova has captivated the fashion world as the shining star of Prada runways and countless luxury campaigns. Her signature wide-eyed gaze and iconic strut have made her a favorite among industry insiders.

Off the runway, Pivovarova’s charm is equally captivating, something L'OFFICIEL recognized early in her career. In a 2005 issue of L'OFFICIEL Paris, she graced the cover with a rock 'n' roll-inspired look, alongside a special feature aptly titled "The Sasha Show," celebrating her rise in the fashion world.

"We found her so cute that we offered her the cover of L'OFFICIEL at the dawn of her young career," the article reads. Arriving in Paris a week before the Winter 2005 shows, she was photographed for the cover by Elina Kechicheva. 

Now, fast forward almost two decades later, Pivovarova returns to L'OFFICIEL for the September 2024 issue wearing the best of the Fall/Winter 2024 runway collections. From Prada to Loewe, Chloé to McQueen, designers reimagined their brand's essence this fall, reinventing timeless seasonal staples like leather, leopard print, plaid, knitwear, and tailored coats.
