Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen Gave Sister Elizabeth This Important Advice
Actress Elizabeth Olsen recently shared a vital lesson her famous older sisters taught her.
Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen dominated the 2000s with their twin-tastic movies and TV shows, as well as their iconic Y2K fashion sense. Now, they're passing the buck to their younger sister Elizabeth, along with some helpful advice along the way. The WandaVision star opened up in a recent episode of Off Camera with Sam Jones about how her sisters prepared her for her own dance with fame. "Something my sisters always say—which might have come from my father at one point, my dad, I don't know—it's that, 'No,' is a full sentence," said the actress.
During their career, the Olsen twins went from starring as Michelle Tanner in Full House when they were just babies to having a slate of globetrotting films. After retiring from acting in their 20s, they have successfully launched their fashion design career with their brand The Row.
However, Elizabeth has continued the Olsen family's Hollywood legacy and now stars as Wanda Maximoff a.k.a. the Scarlet Witch in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In the new phase of Marvel films and TV shows, WandaVision dives into the trauma Elizabeth's character has experienced over the last several years, including losing her brother, boyfriend, and several of her superhero friends, through the setting of an alternate, old-school sitcom reality. The show and Olsen's performance have received from critics and fans alike, becoming one of the biggest shows of 2021.
