If you thought that you already had an idea of what summer can be, designer <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion-week/jacquemus-spring-summer-2026-collection" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Simon Porte Jacquemus</a> will make you reconsider with his Spring/Summer 2027 Collection. Set along the path to the Phare de la Pietra on the Île-Rousee in Corsica, the 49-look collection easily cemented its status as the perfect warm-weather wardrobe.Blue waters, sand-colored rocky mounds, and the perfect white lighthouse with a green lantern added a cool element to the already fresh show. Whether it be the air flowing through one's outfit or the refreshing sensation of biting into a fruit, each moment at the stunning location is one full of honesty, truth, and purity."I imagined this collection like the summer itself," said the founder and designer in the show notes. "The sun, the colours, the beauty of simple things, the feeling of lightness. For me, this is happiness... le bonheur." The presentation's name, meaning "happiness" in French, stands on bright colors, playful minimalism, and a newly orchestrated revamp of French music producer and film director Para One's own musical works to evoke a sense of joy.The collection commenced with nine sailboats on the sea, whose mainsails bore a letter that spelled out <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/simon-porte-jacquemus-history-private-life-designer-career-get-to-know" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Jacquemus</a>. Model Stella Hanan opened the show wearing a long white bandana, an asymmetrical white tank top, oversized yellow pants that hugged the hips, and a pair of white flats. Fine craftsmanship alongside the power of simplicity shines through in this look and continues throughout the collection.As models continued to walk down the path, orange leather pieces, taffeta skirts, about 2,700 feather bunches that embody small buds, and hints of aquamarine and green reinforced the collection's guiding inspiration of blissfulness. Opaque-to-sheer dresses, bun-like hats, and classic accessories like the "The Valèrie" top-handle bag were not just present in the collection, but added splashes of whimsy to the already happy pieces.&nbsp;To close the collection, a model wore an oversized cream top with loop-button closures, white pants that fell amply past the waist, and a pair of crinkled cream shoes. Shortly after, models walked up to the lighthouse for the finale, showcasing how positivity can be evoked through our fashion choices in hot climates. Simon slowly made his way down to thank the guests before deciding to run downhill in an unbuttoned black dress shirt, white T-shirt, gray watch, black pants, and yellow shoes.&nbsp;Friends of the brand who attended the show include Isabelle Huppert, Fakemink, Quenlin Blackwell, Sienna Spiro, Manon Meret, Lyas, Park Seo-joon, Amina Muaddi, Liline Jacquemus, Sam Corlett, Kiernan Shipka, Eye Haïdara, Alizée, Annily Chatelain, Zakari Kunakey, Lena Mahfouf, Albert Ayal, Ruby Lyn, Sandra Shebab, and Ro Brahmand, amongst others.When it comes to the concept of happiness, one tends to think of it at face value. For this collection, it became the leading spirit by bursting with bliss from the inside out. The moment of enjoyment isn't just a "Forever Jacquemus" moment for the brand; it will transcend how labels showcase universal feelings on a global scale.
