Villa Firenze, the world's most expensive mansion, has a palatial style and more than 20 bathrooms.

Hungarian billionaire <a href="https://www.mansionglobal.com/articles/160-million-beverly-hills-mansion-heads-to-auction-in-january-222131">Steven Udvar-Hazy</a> is auctioning his property in <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/van-cleef-arpels-beverly-hills-boutique-reopening-2019">Beverly Hills, California</a>. The <a href="https://www.revistalofficiel.com.br/hommes/que-tal-passar-uma-temporada-na-mansao-de-karl-lagerfeld">mansion</a>, known as <a href="https://www.luxury-architecture.net/villa-firenze-165-million-mediterranean-mega-mansion-in-beverly-park-california/">Villa Firenze</a>, is included in the list of the real estate <a href="https://www.hiltonhyland.com/">Hilton &amp; Hyland</a> for an estimated value of&nbsp;$160 million.

The <a href="https://www.revistalofficiel.com.br/pop-culture/elementos-especiais-do-casamento-da-princesa-diana-vao-a-leilao">auction</a> is scheduled to start on January 26, 2021, and bids may be placed until February 3. The digital company Concierge Auctions is responsible for the event, and has not yet released the minimum bid. The owner will be forced to accept the highest bid, which is likely to break the record value offered by a mansion auctioned in the United States.

The property, originally offered for sale in 2018 for $165 million, is now put up for auction by its owner, the current president of Air Lease Corp, with the aim of optimizing the sale. According to Udvar-Hazy, Villa Firenze, like other coveted items that go to auction, is a work of art and deserves an owner as unique as it is.

Designed for five years by the architect <a href="https://www.architectmagazine.com/practice/william-hablinski-architecture-v-amir-construction_o">William Hablinski</a>, the mansion of more than 1,900-square-meters of floor area consists of 13 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms, and 8 toilets. The palatial style is revealed in the details and ornaments: vaulted ceilings, arches, marble, and stone floors.

The 36,000-square-meter plot is accessed by a private street, on which there is a walking path, gardens adorned with three fountains, 15-meter palm trees specially imported from the Canary Islands, and a patio with a capacity for 30 cars. It also has a guest house, bathroom, swimming pool, and tennis court.
