Is Vegas the new Broadway? First came Britney Spears, then Mariah Carey, followed by J.Lo, and now Lady Gaga! That’s right. Mother Monster dropped the news this morning that her rumored residency in the City of Sin is, in fact, happening, in the form of a Ra-Ra extravaganza titled Enigma.
Starting December 28, the pop star will be headlining a two-part, 27-day residency at the MGM Park Theatre in Las Vegas. Though this was technically announced back in December 2017, today’s declaration makes it all the more real. The show is said to be different than anything Gaga has done before.
“I can’t wait to share ENIGMA with all of my fans and with Las Vegas. We’re creating a show unlike anything I’ve done before," Gaga wrote in a statement. "It will be a celebration of all that is unique and different within us. The challenges of bravery can be overcome with creativity and courage that is grown out of adversity, love, and music."

Fans will get to choose between two different shows, Enigma or Lady Gaga Jazz and Piano. Enigma will be a celebration of the songstresses greatest hits spanning her 10-year career, while Lady Gaga Jazz and Piano will focus on muted versions of the star’s songs, as well as tracks from The Great American Songbook, no doubt from her Cheek to Cheek duet album with the legendary Tony Bennett.
So as we continue to go gaga over Gaga Who will be headed to Las Vegas next?!
