L'O: It is often said that instituting a ritual helps to welcome the Full Moon. Can you tell us the right approach to follow?
MJ: First of all, bring serenity and harmony to your space by creating silence, adjusting the light for a soft atmosphere, diffusing essential oils, and purifying it using a stick of sage or Palo Santo.
Surround yourself with the energies of your <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/wellness/how-to-use-healing-crystals-amber-the-alchemist" target="_blank" rel="noopener">crystals</a>: take the time to purify your stones using a stick of sage or Palo Santo and connect with their energies by holding them in your hands for a few minutes before placing them near you.
Create your energy liberation ritual: light a candle to symbolize the start of your ritual and take a few minutes to put down your intentions orally or on paper.
For example:

They can symbolize emotions, situations, fears, false beliefs, toxic links, traumatic events, painful memories, or whatever you deem necessary to include in this ritual. When you're done, burn those little papers and visualize all of these things coming out of your life.
Complete this ritual by thanking you for taking the time to dedicate this moment to you. Visualize the positive coming into your life and let the candle burn out overnight.

L'O: Following this significant energy load, is it necessary to purify the crystals that have accompanied us throughout the ritual?
MJ: Yes, and there is a perfect time to recharge your crystals deep down. To do this, place them outside or near a window after your ritual. In this way, they will be able to benefit from the powerful energy of the Full Moon and their action will be even more beneficial.

MJ: For the coming Full Moon, I invite you to adopt three semi-precious stones.
