L'OFFICIEL looks back at some of the comic's most memorable moments.

Jimmy Fallon turns 51 today marking not just another year around the sun for the comedy icon, but also a celebration of all the times he&rsquo;s made us laugh on screen.
Born in Brooklyn, Fallon had a strong passion for music and comedy, which led him to move to LA to pursue stand-up comedy. In 1998, he fulfilled his dream of becoming a full-time SNL cast member. Fallon particpated in many of SNL's most successful skits, which also happen to be ones in which he makes his fellow cast members break character such as 'Disney World' featuring Lindsay Lohan and 'The Barry Gibb Talk Show: Bee Gees Singers' featuring Justin Timberlake. He was part of the cast for six years, and co-hosted the programs Weekend Update segment until&nbsp; 2009 when he left the cast to pursue a brief career in film in which he played roles in Taxi and Fever Pitch.
After his film career, Fallon returned to NBC to host The Late Night Show with Jimmy Fallon, which also featured the band The Roots and announcer Steven Higgins. While on the air, Fallon featured his former SNL cast members such as Amy Poehler and Tina Fey for games of charades or pictionary. In 2014, he was promoted to being the sixth host of The Tonight Show&nbsp;in which he continued many of his segments of The Late Night Show&nbsp;with stars such as Jennifer Aniston and Lenny Kravitz. Fallon continues to host the program on NBC, and has featured other stars such as Taylor Swift for games of 'Guess The Song' and Lin-Manuel Miranda for games of 'Wheel of Freestyle'.&nbsp;
Throughout his career, Fallon has become synonymous with his infectious positive, energetic brand of comedy&mdash;a characteristic that also made his transition into late night hosting seem all too natural.
