The musician shared the news on <a href="https://www.instagram.com/reel/DHt1Ur2ywGR/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link">Instagram</a>, posting a video with the newborn and writing, "She&rsquo;s finally here!! Our little celestial seed." 
What does this news mean for where the couple stands? How will they go about their co-parenting dynamic? Despite their breakup in December, Fox and Kelly are committed to co-parenting their daughter, a source told <a href="https://people.com/where-megan-fox-machine-gun-kelly-relationship-stands-after-welcoming-baby-daughter-exclusive-source-11704868">People</a> a day after the actor gave birth. The insider explained that the former couple is aligned in their approach to raising their child together. 
"Regardless of their personal issues, Megan and MGK are both on the same page when it comes to co-parenting," the source shared. They also noted that the pair remains "amicable" as they focus on what&rsquo;s best for their daughter while navigating their own <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/tags/relationship">relationship</a>.
Fox&rsquo;s <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/tags/pregnancy">pregnancy</a> announcement came back in November, when she shared an emotional post on Instagram. In her caption, &ldquo;nothing is ever really lost. welcome back,&rdquo; she referenced a miscarriage she experienced in 2023, marking the pregnancy as a significant moment in her journey. Following the announcement, the couple celebrated the news of their expanding blended family. Fox, who shares three sons with ex-husband Brian Austin Green&mdash;Noah (12), Bodhi (10), and Journey (8)&mdash;welcomed the news of their baby girl alongside MGK, who has a daughter, Casie Colson Baker, from his previous relationship with Emma Cannon.

The exes' tumultuous relationship officially ended in November 2024 following a heated dispute during Thanksgiving weekend in Vail, Colorado.
