Art Deco lounge Primo's is a must-visit during NYFW. Located at The Frederick Hotel in Tribeca, the bar has become a staple for attendees and locals alike during this time. Founded by seasoned hospitality expert Aisa Shelley, Primo's has hosted events for Oscar de la Renta, designer after-parties, and celebrations within the industry. Not only is its location close to many shows occurring downtown, but it also continues to foster its one-of-a-kind energy until 2 a.m. From martinis as the star of the show to the lounge's old New York social-club and mid-century Italian Riviera inspirations, Primo's is the place to be during fashion week.

Do you fancy an establishment that hones in on ambience? The Nines not only has that, but also has an old-school kick that is something out of a film. Inspired by European watering holes, the NoHo establishment offers French cuisine and extraordinary cocktails. With its striking red interior, gleaming chandeliers, and picturesque setting, The Nines is where the It girls (and their friends) come to regroup, reflect, and return to the craziness that NYFW can sometimes bring to those who participate.

For those near the West Village, don't think that we forgot about you. In the heart of NYC, Dandelion is a cocktail bar that proudly serves dynamic dishes and drinks. Last December, Eytan Sugarman and Will Makris took over the space once occupied by The Hangar and opened the lounge. The art-powered space allows martinis, a menu crafted by a Michelin-starred chef, and a personal atmosphere to shine brighter than ever. Not to mention, Dandelion's green marble bar and neighboring lounge tie the space together perfectly.

Heading up north to Nolita, the trendy yet compact neighborhood has plenty of hubs that many flock to. But in the conversation surrounding bars, The Mulberry is a standout in the area. From its dim lighting to the vintage accents, the cocktail lounge elicits an inviting presence. Lushness takes shape through comfortable seats, classic drinks, and a special piece that features sketches of women on the wall. Stars like Brad Pitt, Alexander Skarsgård, and Margot Robbie have felt at ease while at The Mulberry.

During the day, Jean's is a restaurant that is great for catching up with a friend over dinner and drinks. By night, the Lafayette Street bistro transforms into a nightclub that is known to be difficult to get into. The space operates as a speakeasy-format bar that has vintage booths, a photo booth, pool tables, and deals like the $10 beer-and-shot combos. Whether you want to dance your worries away or admire the venue's design, The Ripple Room is a great blast from the past that will have you moving differently.

In the Meatpacking District, a tasteful red interior, a real fireplace, and an honor bar where you can mix your Negroni make Chez Margaux a prominent hub. The space primarily operates as a private members' club, but takes shape as nightclub Gaux Gaux once it's officially 11 p.m. Led by Carlos Quirarte and Matt Kliegman, the ability to shift the vibe from dinner to late-night is flawless. With its European inspiration, Chez Margaux's intimate design and drinks are standouts at the venue.

During the Prohibition era, the ways that patrons would consume, bond, and build relationships over drinks made bars special. In 2004, Employees Only not only opened its doors on Hudson Street, but it has continued that legacy in its own way. Inside, the retro takes over the space, and the drinks poured to guests are truly imaginative and delectable. Want to experience the distinct setting of Employees Only for yourself? The city's classic speakeasy bar is open seven days a week, from 6 p.m. to 4 a.m.

Across NYC, some bars are so packed that it can be hard to get a reservation, table, or even a drink during fashion week. But at Brooklyn's Deux Chats, you can simply walk in, chill out, and energize without any worries. The French-inspired neighborhood bar offers great cocktails, terrific drinks, and superb oysters (only if you are a fan of them, of course). The green, dark brown, and black furnishings allow the white interior to pop out in a calming manner. From the bar to a small table, Deux Chats is essential for those who love a little chat in the midst of NYFW.

To round out the list, we make our final stop in Downtown NoHo, where the iconic Temple Bar is located. No, we aren't talking about Dublin's cultural and nightlife district; rather, the NYC classic. The retro, wood-decorated bar has the go-to cocktails, wines, and beers in spirits. But small bites like beef sliders are great ways to revitalize your mind and body pre-fashion event.
