For the designer's latest womenswear collection, soft simplicity was key.

Presented in the label's headquarters right in the heart of <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/ralph-lauren-new-york-city-fall-2024-show" target="_blank" rel="noopener">New York City</a>, the Ralph Lauren Spring/Summer 2026 collection was all about intent. With a pared-back set design and a set of especially eloquent show notes, it quickly became clear that the focus was truly on the clothes&mdash;and the philosophies of soft sensuality and feminine strength behind them.
The collection called on <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion-week/ralph-lauren-mens-spring-summer-2025-collection-runway-show-review-images" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ralph Lauren's menswear</a> heritage for its seasonal inspiration, as seen in crisp white polo coats, ever so slightly oversized double-breasted suiting looks, and striped neckties utilized as belts&mdash;creative, classic, and undeniably New York chic. As with any Ralph Lauren collection, the concept hinged heavily on balance&mdash;too soft or too strong, and it just wouldn't be Ralph. Luckily for fans of the brand and fashion fiends everywhere, each and every component of the collection met in harmony. Juxtaposing against the masculine-inspired silhouettes were flirtatious corsetted sundresses, '90s-esque <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/shopping/stylish-capri-pants-trend-shop" target="_blank" rel="noopener">pedal pushers</a> (perhaps, straight out of the archive), and "vaguely retro" evening gowns, as the show notes dubbed them.&nbsp;
To be sure, texture and visual interest were prominent components of the Spring/Summer 2026 collection. Wide horizontal stripes met geometric-printed trench coats, while masterfully woven knits were seen against light, airy chiffons.&nbsp;
Sleek <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/zegna-moccasin-loafer-summer-2025" target="_blank" rel="noopener">loafers</a>, playful peep-toe heels, and ballet-inspired espadrille flats dominated as standout footwear looks, and striking silver necklaces&mdash;complete with oversized sculptural pendants&mdash;and statement belts glimmered as models strode by. Plus, the Ralph bag was back on the runway, much to the delight of longtime fans.
Bright crimson, soft white, and muted black hues ruled the collection's color palette.&nbsp;
Friends of the house and high-profile guests sat in the first row, where they reveled in Ralph Lauren's latest sartorial statements. <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/film-tv/jessica-chastain-actor-interview-the-savant-series" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Jessica Chastain</a>, Naomi Watts, Laura Dern, Nick Jonas, Priyanka Chopra, Usher, Maggie Rogers, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/pop-culture/elsa-hosk-engagement-tom-daly-ring-details-kids-relationship-timeline" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Elsa Hosk</a>, Madeline Argy, Kelsey Merritt, Delaney Rowe, Tinx, Izzi Allain, Yao Chen, and Winter of Aespa, among others, were all in attendance.&nbsp;
