In-store retail&nbsp;and beauty salons in New York City, once a hotspot for COVID-19,&nbsp;will open in the next phase. However, malls will remain closed in this phase. In Los Angeles, all retail stores reopened at 50% capacity on May 27th while hair salons resumed on May 29th.&nbsp;As Chicago moved into phase 3, retail stores and salons&nbsp;opened its doors on June 3rd. And since May 20th, retail establishments are open with fitting rooms closed and&nbsp;limited to 50% of store occupancy.
