M_Elyx-Our by Absolut Elyx
5 crushed blueberries
15/20 ml fresh lemon juice
40ml Absolut Elyx Vodka
5/10 ml Ricard Pastis
Egg white (mounted on snow)
Shake the egg white and mount it to make the drink thick on the surface. Pour 5 blueberries and add the alcohol into the shaker. Beat again, drain the excess water and shake. In the sculpture glass created by Michele D'Agostino, add ice, the contents of the shaker, and garnish with fresh blueberries and lemon zest.
Sanset by Sanbitter
10 cl Sanbittèr red
5 cl White vermouth
1 splash Soda
6/7 Ice cubes
In a goblet filled with plenty of ice, pour 5 cl of white Vermouth, add a small bottle of Sanbitter and complete with a splash of soda. Squeeze the lemon wedge on top of the drink and place it on the edge of the glass. Finally add the mint and serve.
Perfect Truffle Martini by Savini Tartufi
50 ml Beefeater Gin infused with truffle
20 ml Vermouth mix
Combine the truffle gin with the vermouth and serve the cocktail in a Martini glass. Decorate with Savini truffles and truffled water spray.
Jameson Sour by Jameson Whiskey
50 ml of Jameson Black Barrel
25 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice
15 ml of sugar syrup
15 ml of egg white
3 dashes of Jameson Sloe Berry Bitters
1 cherry or 1 lemon spiral
Fill a shaker with ice. Add the Jameson Black Barrel along with freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar syrup, and egg white. Add 3 dashes of Jameson Sloe Berry Bitters, shake, and strain into a frozen cocktail glass. Complete by decorating with a lemon spiral.
